New Home sales remain brisk within The Woodlands, for both Custom Design and National Builders. 

All builders in the area have a Realtor fee built into the price of the home. YOUR PRICE will remain the same if you do or don't use a Realtor. Not using a Realtor, the builder makes more profit. By using a Realtor you will benefit from their knowledge, support and representation of your interests. Additionally, I am aware of special incentives offered by builders and inventory homes available. Therefore, I can negotiate for a better sales price for you.

As your agent, I am Legally and Ethically working for YOU, THE BUYER, even though the commission is paid by the builder.  I have included  links to some for the National Builders.
